786xp Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are issued by 786xp ("786xp", "we", "us", "our") and apply to all users ("you", "User", "Player") who access or use the 786xp platform, website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and any associated services. By creating an account or continuing to use 786xp, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using 786xp immediately.

1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 786xp platform is conditional upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access the 786xp service. By registering an account or depositing funds, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You are of legal age to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing 786xp from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

786xp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to use 786xp, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. 786xp is strictly an 18+ platform.
• Be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of 786xp or any of its affiliates, partners, or service providers.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

786xp may request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Underage gambling is illegal and deeply harmful — 786xp takes age verification seriously and will close any account found to be held by a minor, forfeiting any funds held therein.

3Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold one and only one active 786xp account. When registering:

• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format) or email address that you own.
• Your account name must match the name on your national identity document (CNIC) or passport.
• Duplicate accounts, whether opened under the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. 786xp strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

786xp reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of your payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals or closed.

4Deposits & Payments

786xp supports multiple PKR-denominated payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank IBFT, UBL, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method belongs to you and is registered in your own name.
• The funds being deposited are not derived from illegal activity.
• You accept any applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits associated with your chosen payment method.

786xp does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments under any circumstances. Minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 500. Bank transfer minimums begin at Rs 1,000. Deposit processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits are generally credited instantly, while bank transfers may take 1–4 business hours. 786xp is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. To initiate a withdrawal:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Your account must not be under investigation or flagged for suspicious activity.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before funds become eligible for withdrawal.

786xp processes withdrawal requests within 24–48 hours on business days, subject to verification checks. 786xp reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, underage, or abusive account activity.

6Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 786xp are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 786xp reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays and may be refused if the event has already concluded or if the market has been suspended.
• 786xp reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes for any market, event, or individual account at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (other than live in-play markets) will be void.
• In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the 786xp FAQ section.
• Any bet placed in connection with suspected match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

7Casino Games

All casino and live dealer games on 786xp are provided by licensed third-party game studios. 786xp does not operate or develop its own RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer infrastructure. The fairness and randomness of all casino games are the responsibility of the respective game providers, who are subject to independent certification by internationally recognised testing laboratories. 786xp makes no guarantee of winning outcomes. All casino play carries inherent risk of financial loss.

8Bonuses & Promotions

786xp offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your 786xp account. Real money is wagered first.
• 786xp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting 786xp support prior to making a deposit.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering conditions are met.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786xp platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with 786xp games or markets.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting specifically exploiting pricing errors, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments.
• Accessing 786xp using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the 786xp platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 786xp platform, including but not limited to the 786xp brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of 786xp or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 786xp's content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786xp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 786xp platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities due to system downtime or technical failures.
• Errors or delays in bet settlement arising from data feed failures beyond 786xp's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on 786xp that is not guaranteed to be accurate or current.

The 786xp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786xp does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12Responsible Gaming

786xp is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming. The following tools are available to all registered 786xp players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a defined play duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account if you feel you are unable to control your gambling behaviour.

13Termination

786xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, or if continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or its users. Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be retained by 786xp as liquidated damages to the extent permitted by law. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any verified balance shall be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

14Amendments to Terms

786xp reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 786xp will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent in-platform notice. Your continued use of 786xp following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable principles of online gaming and e-commerce law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 786xp, you agree to first attempt resolution through 786xp's customer support team. 786xp aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution body at 786xp's discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
